Community Manager
Be the voice and heartbeat of the Pickup.Earth community. You'll engage players, organize events, and ensure every baller feels at home on our platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms
- Organize local and virtual community events
- Respond to player feedback and support escalations
- Partner with city teams to onboard new markets
Requirements
- 2+ years in community management or social media roles
- Deep passion for basketball and grassroots sports culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Discord, Instagram, or similar platforms
